A Gyroball is an incredibly sophisticated instrument, designed to gently condition and strengthen the wrist, hand and arm - it's a gadget, a game and a useful tool all wrapped up in one! To get started using it, wind up the thread then pull it out briskly to set the inner ball rolling.  Now you must use your skill to keep the inner ball of the gyroball moving at the fastest speed possible by rotating your wrist appropriately. The structure of the Gyroball will create an immense gyroscopic force which is what makes it such a great work-out for the player - you'll feel like you're arm's being pulled around by a giant unseen magnet!
