All Orders Shipped Same Day
All orders received before 4:00pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day excluding Bank Holidays. Orders received after 4:00pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the next working day. Orders received over the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be shipped the next working day. All orders are subject to mandatory security checks and availability.
Please, ensure that your specified delivery address is somewhere where we will reliably be able to deliver and, if required, obtain a signature, for example your place of work or a friendly neighbour. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, occasionally due to circumstances outside our control and also during busy and seasonal times of the year your order may be delayed. Please ensure you place your order with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from delayed delivery, as we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Royal Mail Information
If no-one is available to accept the delivery and it will not fit through your letterbox a card should be left to advise where the parcel is, it may be left with a neighbour or returned to the depot. The card will give the option to either have the parcel redelivered or advise where it can be collected from. If no action is taken after 18 days the parcel will be returned to us. Whilst Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-5 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. Please allow 10 working days after the expected arrival date of your order before contacting us.

Delivery options by Royal Mail include all UK postcodes in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and mainland Scotland and the Highlands. Scottish Islands may be subject to additional delivery time.
Our couriers deliver between the hours of 07:30 – 17:30. Deliveries will require a signature, if a signature cannot be obtained they will attempt to deliver the order and obtain a signature from an alternative address close to the delivery address. If successful they will leave a card giving you the details of the address to which the order has been delivered. If no-one is available to accept the delivery either to the delivery address or a nearby address the Courier will attempt to deliver again the next working day. Delivery options by Courier include all Mainland UK postcodes in England, Wales, and mainland Scotland.
You can track your order online at www.interlinkexpress.com using the tracking number included in your dispatch confirmation email. To report Non Delivery of your order you must notify us in writing within 2 working days from the expected delivery date giving full details of the circumstances. Failure to notify us within the specified time may invalidate your claim.
