Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with the products that you have chosen, however if you are dissatisfied you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. We politely request that the products are returned in a saleable condition as purchased, complete with all component parts, unused, and within the original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the costs incurred for delivery of your returns. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of some products this will be advised on the product page for example perishable goods.
Returning a Gift
If you wish to return a product purchased for you as a gift we will be pleased to exchange it for an alternative product. If you are unable to select from the available collection we will forward a gift voucher by email that you may choose at a later date. If a refund is required please note that the value of the goods will be refunded to the original purchaser.
Faulty products
We take care to select and package your goods to ensure they arrive in good condition. If your product arrives in poor condition or is defective in any way we will replace, exchange or provide a full refund if the product is returned within 30 days. You are responsible for ensuring the product is safely returned to us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt and provides you with a proof of posting. Please enclose a copy of the receipt and we will be pleased to refund the cost of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return Goods
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and fund the return of the goods to us.
